The lives of Revision3 interns.
So pretty much the entire time here I’ve been working on their network monitoring system, trying to optimize the way it displays things and take advantage of all the different features the system has to offer. I’ve also been helping encode and upload the actual shows that we put out. I love all of it. Not only have I learned a lot of really cool stuff about unix and network monitoring, but I mean its frickin’ Revision3! In my opinion, the best and most comfortable workplace to work of all time. I love it here
A couple of other special notes about what’s been going on at work…
I went bowling with @camillastenmark, @jollyroger, @grahamhancock, @cam8 and @serafina. That was awesomely fun, and Camilla made a little video to commemorate our time there.
I had my photo/name dropped on Tekzilla. WOOT!
While the live Diggnation was going on in NYC, I was featured in a ‘We Miss You’ Rev3 video made by @maubrowncow
Also, I appeared on the Brian Brushwoods live video podcast, BBLiveShow.
I think that pretty much covers everything! I’ll try to keep this updated more often from now on…
Went up to Twin Peaks this afternoon to take some pictures. Unfortunately it was cold & foggy today, but the view was still impressive. Below is some video that I shot. It’ll definitely be worth my time to go back on a clearer day, or at night. Very cool place!
First video update, a small recap of who I am and what I explained in the past post. Enjoy!
Check out a little viral video about the iPhone fiascos last week. Several interns were in on the production/conceptualization.
… But nobody could’ve done it without Tyler and AJ, who found the brick.
Though some of us have only been here but a few weeks, viewers may have already noticed the intern-influence on some of the Revision3 shows.
Kelly Sutton has appeared on several popSiren pieces, most notably, his debut as an assistant/axe-murderer:
Victor Shwanke, production intern, appeared as a zombie on Internet Superstar: (Note: the still image on the player is not Victor Shwanke, as a zombie.)
Though I work for the most bit-part-ed show on Revision3, I’ve only earned a mention thus far on Internet Superstar. It was quite flattering nonetheless:
Keep an eye out for the interns as our entry-level quest continues…
